Here is a first glimpse at what the finished SIZZA-Vinyl toy will look like!
We are still working on a couple of details, but this already gives you a pretty good impression.. What do you think, “ain’t she a beauty!?” ;)

SIZZA – Building Instructions online
If you have trouble building your SIZZA I put together a small guide of how to do that. And if that doesn’t help, just let me know via comment and I’ll be sure to help you with your problems.. at least concerning the building of the toy.. ;)

Teamsteven has put his current calendar motive online today plus two version of the Flatpack-SIZZA! Go check them out and get them while the’re hot!!

SIZZA – Papercut
It is done!
The first version of the Flatpack SIZZA is completed and ready for downloading.. Feel free to do so and build it. It takes a scalpel, scissors, double-sided tape and about ten minutes of your time and you’ll have your own SIZZA!
But hold tight, there will be more.. ;) I am already working on the next version and soon there will also be a Teamsteven-SIZZA! ..so keep it locked to this station!!

SIZZA – Rock, Paper, Sizza!!
I had to do something to cut short the waiting time for the 3D-Design to be completed, so I created the Flatpack Toy-Version of SIZZA!
I have downloaded and built some of the toys on Readymech.com and I thought, SIZZA would be looking good as one of those figures as well. I started out with a first idea, then I continued improving it, by slowly developing minor features until I think I found the final version.. The comic-page shows the single steps of the development.
Now I just need to give him a design, but I am working on that and soon I want to put it up as a free download right here! So be sure to check back soon!! ;)

SIZZA – More Details
So, now it was time to give the little one a face, eyes and an expression..
As these are my first steps in figure and character-designing, I am only able to step by step develop the features and everything.
I did some eyes and tried some first designs with color.. again, these are my first efforts in this part of the Illustrator.. ;)
Also, i just doodled on a print and came up with two different ideas.
This is just so you can see, there is a lot of customizing potential in this little fellow..
Then, a friend and amazing designer, Falk, the Mastermind behind Teamsteven, helped me to bring a little depth and life into SIZZA!
What do you think? I think, he’s starting to become alive already..
